A 20-year-old named Peter Lucas Smith who attempted to glitter bomb Mitt Romney has been released by Denver Police after being issued a citation for “causing a disturbance by throwing a missile and unlawful acts on school grounds,” the Denver Post reports.
Smith was questioned by both Denver Police and Secret Service agents. A Secret Service spokesman told TPM earlier that agents had handled the incident properly.
