A police spokesman in Wilmington, Del. said the man behind the Monday morning shooting in a courthouse there is in custody, the Associated Press reported.
Three people — two women and one man — were reported injured in the shooting, but their condition remains unknown. The man who was shot is reportedly a security guard.
