AP: Algerian Official Says 20 Hostages Escape, Including Americans

At least 20 foreign hostages have escaped from an Algerian gas field, where they were held captive by Islamist rebels, the Associated Press reported Thursday, citing an Algerian security official. According to the official, some Americans and Europeans escaped.
