A 4-year-old boy accidentally shot his 2-year-old brother in the face with a loaded gun he found in their Wayne, Penn. home on Monday, according to the Associated Press.

The victim was shot below his right eye with a .380-caliber Ruger pistol while the boys’ mother was asleep, Crawford County Sgt. Mark Zaleski told the AP. A 1-year-old was also home at the time.

The police did not say who owned the gun or if they would be filing any charges.

The boy was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital for treatment, and his condition was not released.
