Yoo’s New Republican Theory of the Presidency

The notorious John Yoo, famous for espousing an expansive version of the unitary theory of the presidency which holds that a president can massacre entire villages now finds that it’s beyond the powers of the president to sign an executive order ordering federal contractors to disclose political contributions.
