11:30 PM: We have 66% of the precincts reporting and Prosser is still up over Kloppenburg by 2 percentage points. Going to go down to the wire with a lot of people scrambling to see just what precincts and counties still have votes to report. Remember the percentage in is precincts, not votes. And the two percentages don’t necessarily go in tandem. Some precincts are much bigger than others.
11:34 PM: Now 67% in and tied up at 50%, with Prosser still about 900 votes ahead.
11:41 PM: Still tied at 50% with 69% or precincts in. 500 votes up for Kloppenburg.
11:43 PM: Klopppenburg now up by a bit less than 7k votes with 73% reporting.
11:48 PM: 77% in and Kloppenburg about a 4500 vote margin.
