TPM Reader KL seems to be jumping off the train …

I contributed to Bernie’s campaign and voted for him in the New York primary, yet I am baffled by his current argument, which seems to be:

1. The nomination process is rigged, especially because of superdelegates providing an unfair advantage.

2. Although Hillary has decisively won the race for votes and pledged delegates, those superdelegates should now use their unfair power to take the nomination from Hillary and give it to Bernie.

3. Why should the superdelegates do this? Because even though we will have had five months of a real campaign and millions of real votes cast by real voters, we should suddenly disregard everything and instead decide the nomination based on small polling samples of hypothetical general election campaigns that have not been waged.

Bernie, please, this is ridiculous.
