We first heard that someone was sending out absentee ballots to Illinois Dems with key, but subtle, errors contained in them. The sort that would likely lead to those ballots getting tossed in a close race. It looked like it might be part of a dirty tricks campaign.
Alas, no. The Dems just sent out tons of error-riddled absentee ballot applications.
