Eric Frein is the survivalist, war-reenactor who allegedly ambushed Pennsylvania state troopers two months ago (killing one) and then led authorities on a weeks long manhunt through the Poconos. According to newly released court documents, he decided that taking out a few cops was what was needed to spark “revolution” to regain his “liberties.”
