Server Outages at TPM and TPMPrime

Quick update on server issues after the jump.This afternoon TPM’s servers at the Rackspace hosting service became innocent bystanders to a DDOS attack on a collocated (speaking loosely here) Rackspace client. This caused intermittent problems and slowness on various parts of our website. But it most severely affected TPMPrime, which is currently inaccessible for most members. We are currently working with Rackspace both to fix the problems and to move those parts of the site to other servers. We are guardedly optimistic that TPMPrime will be fully back online late this evening east coast time. Thanks for your understanding.
