Yesterday I discussed the seemingly intractable problem of wage stagnation for the great majority of Americans. This article looks at a different dimension of the problem, or what for some is the solution: how those with sufficient education are escaping the wealth gap by fleeing struggling towns for more economically vibrant cities.
