Of course he won’t. And Hillary Clinton was never going to be indicted either. Not Condi either. This was never going to happen and it was only press gullibility that ever gave anyone any other idea. And was it a terrible mark on her judgment? Apparently not since apparently every Secretary of State in the era of ubiquitous email did the exact same thing. This was always a bullshit story. And I doubt this revelation will end it. But again, if you weren’t paying attention, this story was always bullshit.
