We brought you another part of Rep. Steve King’s (R-IA) floor speech on the black farmer settlement, claiming it amounted to back-door slavery reparations. But we’d totally missed a crazily worse part of it where King speculates about what the settlement really amounts to with a fantasy example of a shiftless son of a black farmer who refuses to farm and heads to the big city to become a crackhead and now wants his farmer pay-off from the feds.
