Six months ago, I said I thought full marriage equality would be the law of the land nationwide before the end of the Obama presidency. Now legal experts say the Utah AG’s decision to appeal his state’s case directly to the Supreme Court makes it likely that the Court will rule on the ultimate question in 2015.
