Polls close at 8 p.m. ET in Connecticut, and the big one we’re watching is the Republican primary for U.S. Senate. Rob Simmons relaunched his campaign after essentially abandoning the race. Even though McMahon is up big in the latest polls, Simmons’ odd on-again/off-again campaign throws an interesting twist into this race. Dems are rooting for a McMahon win.
