Michael Scanlon, a central figure in the Jack Abramoff scandal who turned state’s evidence years ago, is finally sentenced today. He could be ordered to pay millions in restitution but he’s arguing the scandal already damaged his earning potential. As Susan Crabtree reports, those who have followed the scandal closely suspect that even with restitution and prison time, Scanlon could walk out of jail still a very rich man.
