Yes, Cokie, it has been difficult for the GOP to take bills into conference committee which includes exactly no Democrats, and make whatever changes to the bills, pass them with their majorities, and have them signed.
And let’s not forget how hard it has been for the GOP to govern with the so called liberal media watching their every move – wait, wait, I need to catch my breath after laughing so hard.
