Stephen Colbert last night focused on expected chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Rep. Darrell Issa’s (R-CA) plans to hold seven investigations a week for a 40-week period.
Colbert was “giddy as a schoolboy” and nostalgic for the last time Republicans controlled the House under President Bill Clinton, wanting to celebrate by “breaking out the Crystal Pepsi.”
