Jon Stewart had a few quibbles with Paul Ryan’s Republican National Convention speech, an address that even traditional media call factually unsound at best.
“Let me get this straight, so if your dry cleaning succeeds with a Democrat in office, you built that,” Stewart said Thursday. “But if your dry cleaning business fails with a Democrat in office, the government fucked you.”
“So still no hard truths,” Stewart added. “It sounds like its just convenient truths. At this point in the speech I’d settle for any truths.”
