As Secretary of State John Kerry testified Wednesday before the House Foreign Affairs Committee on the resolution to authorize military action in Syria, members of the advocacy group Code Pink held up red-dyed hands in protest.

Benjamin disrupted Kerry’s testimony Tuesday before the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, prompting him to reflect on his days as a Vietnam War protester.
It was Benjamin who memorably interrupted President Barack Obama’s counterterrorism speech several times in May.
She and Code Pink live-tweeted about Wednesday’s demonstration from the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, D.C.
