Obama To Give Pair Of Speeches In New York Today

President Barack Obama on Thursday is scheduled to travel to New York for a pair of speeches outlining his plans to “college more affordable, tackle rising costs, and improve value for students and their families,” the White House said.

Obama is expected to speak at 11:05 a.m. ET in Buffalo, N.Y. His second speech is scheduled for 5:55 p.m. ET in Syracuse, N.Y. The President will remain in Auburn, N.Y. overnight. 

On Friday, Obama will press on to Vestal, N.Y. and Scranton, Pa. for two more speeches on education.
