First Federal Suit Filed Against Kentucky’s Same-Sex Marriage Ban

The first federal lawsuit against Kentucky’s same-sex marriage ban was filed Friday in Louisville, WLKY reported.

Gregory Bourke and Michael Deleon, who have been married for 31 years, are challenging the state’s ban in the wake of last month’s Supreme Court decision striking down the Defense of Marriage Act.
