NYT: China Made Decision To Let Snowden Leave Hong Kong

The Chinese government reportedly made the decision to allow National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden depart Hong Kong on Sunday, the New York Times reported. The report, citing “people familiar with the situation,” contradicts Hong Kong’s claims. 

Snowden arrived in Moscow on Sunday, reportedly seeking asylum from Ecuador.
