Bachmann To Sit Down WIth Hannity For First Interview Since Announcement

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) will re-visit the friendly confines of Fox News on Thursday night when she sits down with host Sean Hannity for an exclusive interview, her first since announcing that she will not seek a fifth term.

As the Minneapolis Star Tribune noted, Hannity has long been an ally of Bachmann, donating to the tea party icon’s political action committee in 2010. 

Bachmann, a 2008 Republican presidential candidate, announced last week in a web video that she will not seek re-election in 2014. Hannity’s eponymous program will air at 9 p.m. ET.
