The Associated Press reported on Tuesday that its main Twitter account was compromised after hackers made multiple attempts to steal passwords from the news organization’s journalists.
AP reporter Mike Baker tweeted:
The @ap hack came less than an hour after some of us received an impressively disguised phishing email.
