Vice President Joe Biden was unable to confirm whether the Boston marathon bombings were the result of a foreign or domestic attack on Tuesday, citing not enough available information.
“We don’t have any hard information yet,” Biden said, according to CNN. “But I can assure we will find out who did it and bring them to justice.”
