Continuing his push to reform the nation’s gun laws in Connecticut on Monday, President Obama again called for action to honor the memory of the victims of Sandy Hook.
“As a society we decided we have to change, we must,” Obama told students and families of victims at the University of Hartford. “We must change.”
He added: “Newtown, we want you to know that we’re here with you. We will not walk away from the promises we’ve made. We are as determined as ever to do what must be done.“
