President Obama is scheduled to speak at a naturalization ceremony at 11:30 a.m. ET Monday at the White House. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Director Alejandro Mayorkas are also scheduled to speak at the event, which will recognize 28 new citizens. According to the White House, the 28 people represent 26 countries. Thirteen service members are among those being recognized.
