The Senate Intelligence Committee has closed its investigation into the “Zero Dark Thirty” filmmakers’ contact with the CIA, Reuters reported Monday.

In a December letter, Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Carl Levin (D-MI), and John McCain (R-AZ) claimed that the film is “grossly inaccurate and misleading” in its suggestion that torture helped the CIA track down Osama bin Laden. The Senate committee began its inquiry in January, focusing on contacts between the filmmakers and the intelligence community, according to Reuters.
