Obama Heading To Chicago Friday To Promote SOTU Proposals

President Barack Obama on Friday will travel to his old stomping ground of Chicago to promote economic proposals outlined in his State of the Union address, the White House announced.

Obama will deliver his remarks at Hyde Park Academy.
