Former Republican presidential candidate Jon Huntsman dismissed Karl Rove and his new super PAC in an interview with Bloomberg TV.
“I think he’s kind of yesterday’s ballgame,” Huntsman said in the interview set to air this weekend. “Politics isn’t going to win the elections for us. It’s not about people. It’s about ideas. And the ideas are going to drive people to victory.”
The Conservative Victory Project, the new Rove-backed group, aims to back electable Republican candidates to win back a majority in the Senate.
