Obama: Even The Threat Of Default Hurts Economy

President Obama on Monday dismissed short-term debt limit increases, saying “even the threat of default hurts our economy.”

“It is hurting our economy as we speak,” Obama said at a White House press conference. “We shouldn’t be having that debate.”
