Reuters: Syrian Rebels Free 48 Iranian Hostages In Exchange For Civilian Prisoners

A Turkish aid agency on Wednesday brokered a prisoner exchange between Syrian rebels and the Syrian government, Reuters reports. The rebels agreed to free 48 Iranian hostages in exchange for more than 2,000 civilians imprisoned by the government.
