Author Richard Ben Cramer Dies At 62

Richard Ben Cramer, author of “What it Takes,” a deep look at the 1988 presidential election, died Monday evening, the New York Times reported. According to his daughter, Ruby Cramer, he died of complications from lung cancer. He was 62.
