Ridgefield, Conn. Schools In Lockdown Over Suspicious Person

Ridgefield, Conn. schools are in lockdown due to a suspicious person in the area, the Connecticut Post reported Monday. Ridgefield Superintendent Deborah Low released a statement:

“This is Ridgefield Superintendent Deborah Low with an important announcement on Monday, December 17th at 9:00 AM. Due to a report of a possibly suspicious person in the Branchville Train Station area, all schools have been put into lockdown. Branchville Elementary school busses have been diverted to East Ridge Middle School and BES students are in the auditorium.”
