House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) criticized House Republicans on Thursday for failing to include specific cuts in their offer to reach a deal to avert the so-called fiscal cliff.
“It had more signatures than it had ideas,” Pelosi told reporters at a press conference.
