During a discussion on the so-called fiscal cliff on CNBC Wednesday, a piece of the network’s set fell on former Romney campaign economic adviser Glenn Hubbard. Hubbard brushed off the incident like a pro, saying, “That’s what happens when you criticize the welfare state.”
