President Obama said in an interview on Tuesday that House Speaker John Boehner’s budget offer is “out of balance.”
“We’re going to have to have higher rates for the wealthiest,” Obama said on Bloomberg TV. “It’s just a matter of math.”
Obama added that he believes a deal to avoid the fiscal cliff can be reached.
