Colin Small, the 23-year-old arrested in October for allegedly destroying voter registration forms, will not be making his first court appearance on Tuesday in Virginia as scheduled. His lawyer John Holloran told TPM on Monday the case was delated because he and his client needed to verify they had been shown all the evidence. Small was employed by a company working for the Virginia Republican Party at the time of his arrest.
