Responding to TPM’s inquiry about eponymous antivirus company founder John McAfee’s continued evasion of police in Belize, who are seeking him in connection with the murder of a man described as McAfee’s neighbor, a spokesperson for McAfee, which is now owned by Intel, provided the following statement:
“John McAfee left the company in 1994. He has no current affiliation or association with the company.”
