Post-Sandy Gas Rationing Ends In New Jersey, Continues In NYC, Long Island

Gasoline rationing in 12 New Jersey counties that began with a Nov. 3 order from Gov. Chris Christie (R) has come to an end NBC 4 New York reports.

The program, however, remains in effect in New York City and Long Island, where it began on Friday.
