New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie may sign an exectutive order “rescheduling” trick-or-treating if condictions aren’t safe on Halloween, the Republican said on his official Twitter account on Monday evening:
If conditions are not safe on Wednesday for Trick or Treating, I will sign an Executive Order rescheduling #Halloween.
