IBD/TIPP Tracking Poll: Obama Up By 2

President Obama a two-point lead over Mitt Romney in the latest IBD/TIPP daily tracking poll released Tuesday, 46.5 percent to 44.5 percent. That represents a bump for Romney, who has been behind in the IBD/TIPP tracking poll the last few days. 

The survey is based on 875 likely voters and has a margin of error of +/- 3.5 percentage points.
