Paul Ryan said that his personal belief is that life begins at “conception” but that the position of a Romney administration would be to oppose abortion with the exceptions of rape, incest and the life of the mother.
Ryan attacked Obamacare, saying it infringes on Americans’ freedom of religion with its contraception coverage mandate.
