Former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice subtly criticized the Obama administration for failing to “lead” on the world stage at the Republican National Convention in Tampa on Wednesday.
“My fellow Americans, we do not have a choice,” Rice said. “We cannot be reluctant to lead and you cannot lead from behind. Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan understand this reality. They know what to do. They know our friends and allies must once again be able to trust us.”
