Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, a Romney surrogate, introduced the “We can change it” theme of the second day of the Republican National Convention. “We have heard of the challenges America is facing,” she said. “Now let’s talk about the solutions.”
McMorris Rodgers also spoke on Tuesday night, when the theme was “We built it.” She laid out the program for the second night as well.
