President Obama leads Mitt Romney among Jewish voters, though by less than he won that demographic in 2008, according to a new Gallup polling analysis.
The numbers, taken from Gallup’s tracking poll data from April 11 through June 5, show Obama leading Romney among Jewish voters, 64 percent to 29 percent. The sample has a 5 percent margin of error.
In the 2008 exit poll, Obama won 78 percent of Jewish voters, compared with only 21 percent for John McCain.
