Herman Cain’s former chief of staff, Mark Block, will reprise his role as a cigarette smoker in a new ad for Cain, the Washington Examiner reports. “We can’t tell you what’s going to be in it,” Block told the Examiner. But it will be titled “Blowing Smoke.”
