The Associated Press reports:
Gov. Scott Walker, in Green Bay Monday to sign a bill concerning student athletes, declined to name a favorite candidate in today’s presidential primary but said, “I’ll cast a ballot tomorrow morning.” He said all of the candidates seemed to be doing a good job getting their messages out.
