Mitt Romney has won the Puerto Rico primary, the AP and CNN project. With 16% reporting according to CNN, Romney has 83% of the vote, Rick Santorum has 8%, and Newt Gingrich has 3%.
Both Santorum and Romney flew to Puerto Rico to campaign this week. Twenty-three delegates are up for grabs.
